Net2Serial software provides network access to remote devices connected to windows system using serial ports. Telnet clients or applications using the Net2Serial API library can remotely communicate to devices connected to serial ports. Some of the features are remote administration of server and serial ports, authentication, multiple user access to same serial port, monitor and control the active remote connections to serial ports. Version 2.0 features new API library with samples to develop custom applications and offers multicast support to allow more than one user to view the serial port in real time.
