The NCR SelfServ Checkout Remote Attendant RAP application provides a user interface that can run on iPod touch through a wireless connection from a RAP server. The RAP server is installed on any supported hardware by the NCR SelfServ Checkout desktop RAP.Benefits:Using NCR SelfServ Checkout RAPLite Mobile, your self-checkout attendants can use an iPod touch device to easily handle interventions.Handling of interventions can be made configurable at RCMConfig.xml. In addition, you can configure customer-specific interventions in the RCMConfig.000 file.These configurations will determine how these specific interventions will be handled on RAPLite.The possible configurable values are as follows:0 = The specific intervention will not be handled1 = The specific intervention will be viewable2 = The specific intervention will be clearable
