NanoNavigator is the user friendly programming software for the Nanoline family of controls (www.nanoline.com). NanoNavigator permits the programming of controls using flow charts or relay ladder logic and provides a full simulator. NanoNavigator has been used to teach students as young as 9 years old simple logic and how to use flow charts to work through logic problems. The nanoLine product line is a family of programmable logic controls (PLC) with very limited features and functions targeted at uncomplicated applications with limited IO requirements. It is a PLC with a very small (nano) set of features. The nanoLine is a new control platform targeted at basic applications for the most price competitive markets. The nanoLine has five base units supporting 24VDC, 24VAC/DC and 100-240VAC with transistor and relay outputs. Add up to three expansion I/O module and bring the system up to 24 inputs and 16 outputs. A four channel analog module is also available for 4-20mA, 0-10VDC, and ï?±10VDC inputs. Connectivity is provided with, Ethernet, USB, RS-232, and RS-485 options. Through an innovative mounting system, the nanoLine offers an HMI for data entry and information display which can be embedded in the base unit or mounted through a panel. The unique benefits of the nanoLine include (1) flow chart programming which greatly simplifies the task for those not familiar with the IEC-61131 languages, (2) class leading connectivity which enables the integration of the nanoLine into larger systems, and (3) a flexible HMI package which also offers IP65 mounting.
