This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />This is a very cool product for changing file names and adding extensions. We were using File Manipulator, but it was worthless because it could not append to a file that had 29+ characters.
It even worked on my really long file names. I'm definitly going to suggest to my managment to drop File Manipulator and move to Name Cleaner X because it works much better for what we need.
Another cool feature is that it can be set to run on intervals. Once we get our license I can set it to run on one of our shared servers so all the files will be viewable for both Mac and Windows.
