  Pros

  None. Even if you THINK it has a file you want, they're all just LISTED, I couldnt find a single file I could actually download.

  Cons

  Runs constantly. My Macbook went from avg of 5% CPU use to 55% the moment I start the computer, and stays there, causing the fan to run constantly and the computer to heat up. You will have to use Activity Monitor to stop the program if you have a mac, then trash can the 'Nakido' folder in Applications, and empty trash. I'm pretty sure that gets everything, but I won't guarantee you.

  Summary

  Do NOT download. Do NOT install. Do NOT use. Don't even think about it. CNET shouldn't even have this listed, it's borderline spyware. Who knows what it's doing tying up my broadband, half my RAM, and half my CPU. Crazy.

  got most of the files requested

  wanted 5 files, got 4 but the 5th took days and the 3 HOUR TIMER kept resetting, gave up after finding the 1 file on another site after 3 days!, stores a temp file of your download in the same folder as it installs to and then locks it while Nakido is running thus a 2 gig file eats 4 gig's of space! Hides from user by only showing in task manager. Constant uploading of what you have downloaded. Eats hard drive space! Easier methods out there if you google enough.

  Summary

  torrents are better and you know where your files are and they dont need twice the space for the same file! SOME GOOD ADVICE ON FREEING UP YOUR SPACE AFTER USING NAKIDO FLAG - Right click your system clock (bottom right of screen usually) click on task manager, find Nakido.exe and then right click and click on "open file location" (this shows you where the HUGE ASS FILES ARE HIDEN AND LOCKED!), return to process of Nakido.exe in task manager and "End process tree" and click "OK", go back to the folder with Nakdio.exe and DELETE all the files in there that are not .exe files, result - got your file, reclaimed all lost space used by Nakido flag, enjoy normal opperation of your pc :P SUCK TO BE YOU NAKIDO! we, the smart people online will always hunt dont excessive file using of a program that dont need to use twice the space of the download we wanted! To finish up - GET YOUR FILE, KILL NAKIDO.EXE, UPLOAD SOMEWHERE ELSE AND LAUGH AT NAKIDO FOR BEING SUCH A STUPID IDEA! but if you must use, please use my advice to get rid of the duplicate file's it downloads.

  Pros

  -you can download from nakido site -low traffic good for slow connection or for multiple internet related actions (playing games, regular web browsing, etc.) -no additional actions needed

  Cons

  -constant traffic -there is no "stop" or "pause" button -it always run in the background -utilizes vulnerable ports -not properly working with all browsers -you must let one tab from web browser connected with site -often after closing browser, resuming leads to downloading file again at low speed -unspecified "Temp" folder for temporary files nor dedicated download folder

  Summary

  Nakido Flag is plug-in for nakido.com file sharing web site. Main pros are low traffic and really secure data storage at the time - my almost tree years old files are still stored. Cons are total lack of GUI or control over the program. There isn't pause or stop button and within new version, there aren't any changes. Also, servers contain many questionable files, despite TOS, you can still encounter unwanted or illegal pornography under "HD_desktop_wallpaper.zip" so it might be risky for some users. Also, it's hard to determine if the servers are in Singapore, Hong Kong or NYC and you must let browser running thus vulnerable ports open for low traffic downloading which is a scheme used by zombie networks (illegal data traffic). Over all you can use this for storage but with very limited trust.

  Persistent running product. Transmits and receives unknown information from the time you install until uninstall.

  Summary

  I would avoid use of this item until more is know, It installs itself as a trusted program, connects as an internet server, and is persistent.

  Pros

  Overall I think it's great for their services for unlimited download and upload, as seems no other similar services providers can provide like this, the flag did make all downloads become much smooth and fast, especially for the files in large sizes

  Cons

  Not clear about the instruction and operation, somehow makes confusion about it.

  Summary

  It's amazing and hard to believe that someone can provides unlimited space and file size for upload and download, some users may confused about the Flag if they haven't installed before and don't know what it actually does, so it did take times to educated others to the download and installation when sharing to a large amount of peoples, and some may not willing to install it so they may think its not that fast without installed it.

  easy to use and pretty good download speed with TONS of stuff to download and no download limit!

  speed is not comparable to other download site's(such as Megaupload and rapidshare)
