Summary
I love this program but the last couple of months it's started to detierate. First, I could no longer get it to read DVD to import. Now, I can't get it to download videos from youtube. I tried emailing the customer service the first time and got no reply. I got another e-mail in. It's a great program, If it would work.

Pros
Finally, a new software for Mac that allows you to download podcasts and other portable media with the ease of conversion from large to small. With this software, it is pretty much a one step process. It is easy to set up, and easy to use. Once you have picked your media, from a broad range of searchable providers, you are just a couple clicks away from viewing your media on your portable device.
