MyLifePlan presents a guided method for preparing for ones upcoming life services planning meeting. It is a person-centered approach to help a person think about the important things in his or her life. MyLifePlan goes through many aspects of ones life for which a person can determine his/her degree of satisfaction. The individual can then decide if that information should be worked on and/or shared at his/her meeting. From there, an agenda is created. An administrator can modify the list of items for consideration, and may also generate a PDF report of the responses.
