MyGreenVolt for Android

MyGreenVolt is a specialized Android application tailored for owners of Volt and Ampera vehicles, providing access to a wealth of data that is not readily visible on the car’s dashboard. This utility requires an external Bluetooth or WiFi OBD2 adapter, specifically the ELM327, to connect to the vehicle's diagnostic socket. Once connected, users can access detailed information about their vehicle’s performance and energy consumption.

The app presents data in a user-friendly format, displaying real-time metrics such as the power drawn from the traction battery, energy usage breakdowns, and daily statistics on electric and gas mileage. Additionally, MyGreenVolt features visual representations like clear bar charts for temperature readings of various components, as well as the actual and raw state of charge of the battery, including individual cell voltages available through in-app purchases. The application supports both metric and imperial units, catering to a wider audience.
