The MyEskom Customer App is created and officially endorsed by Eskom Holdings SOC Limited.Eskom customers can: - View their electricity account/s- View the following for a selected account Account Balance Last Bill Details: Billing Date, Payments Received, Adjustments, Monthly Charges Account Details: Name, Postal Address, Email Premise Details: Premise Description, Premise ID, Service Point ID and Pole Number Bill Delivery Method- Submit Meter Reading linked to your Account- Submit Meter Reading Remarks in the event you are unable to read your meter- Request an Update of your Customer Details- Change Bill Delivery Method to E-mail- Provides useful links to credit card payment providers- Submit a Basic QueryExcluded:1. Prepaid vending is not included. You cannot buy prepaid tokens via this App.Note: In order for you to register and use this App your cellphone number must be up to date on Eskom Systems.
