This CD ripper offers a limited set of features, but we're glad to say it provides a more generous trial period than many similar utilities we've tested. MP3 Strip It Digital's interface could be better designed, as we initially found the main window to be cluttered and chaotic. Nevertheless, seasoned users shouldn't have too tough of a time figuring out how to operate the program. One point against this application is that it can only extract tracks in the format found in its name, neglecting others such as WAV, WMA, and OGG. MP3 Strip It Digital had no problem retrieving track information from the Internet, but we wish it gave you the option to rip files using the VBR system. You will find a basic ID3 tag editor, but the app can't convert files among formats, burn discs, or handle any other audio-related jobs. Still, since this demo will let you extract as many files as you like for a full 15 days, we think it stands as a slightly better choice than many of the other bare-bones rippers on the scene.

Summary
I tested various progs of this type to select a winner to be my MP3 Ripper/Converter and this one has an excellent quality of audio, but it got a bug when rippin' and it occurs when it rips the last track that it cuts around the last 2 seconds of it. For example, if a track duration is 3:40, it ripsit to 3:38 track and sometimes when the songs goes completely to the end you get a disagradable cut-sound. Also it needs to improve in the GUI and the configurator of the quality of sound. At the end I chose Poikosoft Easy CD-DA Extractor.

Can change the storage location, bitrate, and many other features. Although, I have not yet found if there is a way to rip the complete CD as one MP3. Not sure about the response below saying it took 1/2 hr to rip one song. I downloadedit installed it and ripped a full audio CD in <6 minutes at 192 kb/s
Could Be Better

Summary
The program rips audio from music cd's and can turn them into either .wav or .mp3 files. It was fast. HOWEVER, the interface is ugly and poorly organized. They should incorporate a music preview option.
