looks good and doesnt crash like others when you put in a large pic and allows you to drag the picture around so it will cut it off correctly

A great program for making moving GIF files. I used it and I love it! A bit complicated, in some ways, but pretty easy-to-use with a good interface and excellent features. Perfect for beginners or professionals!
