Good software suite. Useful business tools.

Pros
The software is easy to use and the fact that you get everything, with no additional modules to purchase is good, but we won't ever use most of the modules it has.
Cons
It would be nice if customers could access their account information and current activity. Would like to see more customer collaborative tools for my clients.
Summary
We use the program for our recruiting business needs. It has great CRM features. Very customer focused. It has a lot of capabilities that we don't need or use, because we only sell services and don't stock inventory. The quoting process is what we appreciate the most, because it gives us features I've not seen before, like sub line items, which are useful. The one thing I would like to see is my customers having access to their account online. They said this will be added in 2011, but they didn't say when. I would like to see that happen for my customers. I know vendors can upload their products, pricing, etc., but we don't use that feature.

Pros
Unable to apply to buy if you are outside the US.. But it looks like it has all the boxes ticked...If I could only get it
Cons
You are unable to obtain the software unless you have a US phone number. IF they have this formatting problem in their application process then one would assume the whole program is formatted wrong to work outside of the USA.
