Pros
I put in all the information that I could remember from my current loan and all the calculations including taxes were almost dead on!!! This is the most comprehensive calculator I've ever seen for consumer use, it takes the guess work out of what numbers to enter in many cases such as the taxes and insurance costs. I'm very impressed with this products versatility and the ability it's ease of use. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.
