An obvious extension to Word.

Pros
The core functionality is very handy and very easy to use. Beyond that the add-in provides a lot of more advanced functions.
Cons
Unfortunately the functionality is based on VBA macros which is a hurdle to sharing the "collapsibles" you create with other users.
Summary
This add-in takes a simple idea and makes much more of it than you would have ever expected. Indeed you can see this product as adding a kind of outlining capacity to Word. It is such a natural extension to Word I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft chooses to build something like this into the next version.
