MJog's Friends and Family Test (FFT) application, in conjunction with the MJog Premium service, helps you fully support the NHS England Friends and Family Test.The FFT application connects to your MJog Premium service and allows you to collect and record FFT responses before patients leave the practice. The streamlined interface guides the patient through the questions ensuing even the less technically able can complete their response.A second question can be configured to allow additional feedback to be collected.All responses are centrally stored within your MJog Premium.
