Users earn levels and are awarded achievements for logging their activity. It also sends handy tips to users who may need some advice and support.SpunOut.ie is a not-for-profit website working with young people aged 16 to 25 in Ireland. The website aims to provide young people with health and life information in order to make key decisions about their lives.The month of May is Green Ribbon Month. Campaign to promote open discussion of mental health is brought to you by See Change. This social movement to encourage a national conversation about mental health.
