Summary
Please do NOT patronize this company. I ordered a photo book for my mother's 70th surprise birthday party (to be held on Dec 27th at noon) and was to be the centerpiece of the occasion. I ordered it in PLENTY OF TIME--on Dec 10th (the deadline for Christmas delivery was Dec 13th), and hounded them multiple times b/c it was still in 'printing' status many days after the order--most of my emails/chat requests were ignored but when I finally would get through they kept saying it would be sent in time... On Dec 23rd, they sent an email that it hadn't shipped and couldn't arrive till after Dec 28th (and the party). Here are some add'l lowlights: --they have no telephone contact number --they respond to email 'within 24-48 hours', but, in my experience, often don't respond at all to email/chat requests --they shut the company down (including live chat) for 3 hours on Dec 22nd so they could have their company party(!) --live chat was unavailable most of the day on Dec 23rd--the last business day before Christmas. I noticed that they were able to continue to email me marketing emails multiple times since I placed my order; they just didn't care enough to actually get the orders they already had out in time (too busy having their holiday party, apparently). This company does not seem to care about the special occasions their customers use their software to help commemorate. Please don't waste your time and risk having your special event ruined by late delivery and so-so quality--go somewhere else.
