Introducing MiX tm fitness by InSpa We are so excited to tell you about MiX tm - its been a year in the making! What is it? Some of our most talented and experienced Licensed Massage Therapists have undergone months of training to become certified MiX personal trainers. That means that they can now work with their Guests to combine a 30 minute, completely private workout with a 20-25 minute massage, integrating their excellent massage techniques with guided stretching. The workout includes time on the TRX, a specialized piece of exercise equipment that is highly effective but easy to use. By the end of the session you will feel stronger, more toned AND relaxed! To keep you motivated between sessions you will have access to the MiX App, downloadable for the Apple App Store. The App will send you reminders from your trainer with videos of short, simple exercises, matched to your skill level and focus, so that you can do bursts of exercise at home or work. Every bit of workout you do and the APP tracks it for you earns you points you can redeem for yes, MORE spa services! We are very excited to introduce MiX to you. So much so that we are offering a FREE MiX session -for the next four weeks, from June 15th to July 15th - FOR REWARDS MEMBERS ONLY. The session is 75 minutes long and includes a brief consultation, then a 30 Minute workout, followed by a 20-25 minute massage. At the end of your session you will be given a gift bag with the tubing and ankle bands used in the exercise videos. The regular price for the Initial Session is $109. While space is available, the Initial Session is FREE to REWARDS MEMBERS ONLY. As we are just launching the program, we have only one specialized therapist per spa, so please sign up as early as you can. No one deserves to be pampered more than you.
