  Pros

  I work for a health service provider and first tested Mirramail to allow us to send medical information securely to other health specialists. A major factor for choosing Mirramail was its ease of use because if it's too hard people won't use it. Now we can send test results and other health information via email, which is much faster and more cost effective compared with other methods. I like the option to receive a confirmation email when the email has been decrypted.

  Cons

  The registration process was a bit confusing with an administrator and user password required. Reading the online help was necessary in my case.
