Minutes in Seconds is a time and resource saving tool used to record the minutes for meetings electronically, without having to jot them down, and type them up. The minutes are recorded with the microphone at the time of conversation and the app can record several different speakers/attendees at the meeting. This is then converted to the text for the meeting. A simple and quick edit of the minutes is all it takes to add names of attendees and the minutes are ready to send. The meetings are grouped by type. So for example if you have the same meeting once a week, the meeting will remember the attendees of the last meeting and add them to this weeks meeting. The attendees of the meetings are the contacts on your phone, so once you are done, you can email the meeting minutes to the attendees of the meeting so that they can have their own record of the meeting too!
