Awful OCR, bombs out in middle of docs without warning

Demo hides the fact that the full version will crash out on about 10 or 20% of your files. Makes corrupted files in some cases, other times it skips over large portions of the file without telling you. No refund under any circumstances.
Summary
The problem with this is that it OCRs some files OK but others it just silently skips over huge tracts of the document so a 20 page pdf might only get 3 pages OCRed. On other documents it only writes part of the document and creates a file that word can't open. The demo only OCRs the first part of your file so it's impossible to tell using the demo whether the full version will blow up when it OCRs the full file. Basically the demo hides the main problem with the software which is that it can't OCR full files in many cases. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, PERIOD! So if you find the massive bugs in their software make it useless to you, you're out of luck. All I can say is: avoid at all costs!
