The Mimi Hearing Test is the easiest way to explore your hearing. This intuitive iPhone test will give you first results after only 2 minutes. Enrich your hearing afterwards with the Mimi player.| What will you get out of this app? |The quick hearing test gives you detailed information about your hearing in each ear. The results are displayed in four ways:- Your hearing age: how old your ears are.- Your hearing profile: how well you hear specific frequencies.- Your hearing landscape: the lowest volumes you are able to hear.- Speech Region: how well you hear specific speech patterns, such as parts of words.After testing yourself you can test your friends and family, and help them become aware of their hearing, too. We dont stop at testing your hearing. With the Mimi player you can try out how it is to hear better. Mimify your own music or the sound around you. Great app.| How does it work? |1/ Enter a quiet place, connect your headphones and start the Quick Test.2/ The app will play a sound, either in the left or right ear. As soon as you hear this sound, tap the button corresponding to the ear in which you hear it.3/ After youve completed the Quick Test, Mimi will show you an overview of your hearing.4/ Try out enriched hearing with the Mimi player. You choose the level of Mimification for live sound or music.5/ Continue with the In-depth test for more detailed results.6/ The app will play more tones. This time, tap the button as soon as you hear a tone, and hold it for as long as you hear it.7/ After completing the In-depth test, Mimi will give you a full profile of your hearing. After doing both tests, Mimi shows your hearing landscape a graph that helps you understand how you hear at specific frequencies. You will also see how well you still hear in the speech region through a visualisation of the sound levels that are related to speech and language.After taking the hearing test we recommend several next steps so youre not left in the dark with your results.
