Improve your Web site search results with this meta tag generator.

Use the Meta Maker Wizard to write meta tags for your Web pages. Many common tags can be created, including title, description, keywords, robots, categories, author, author e-mail, copyright, rating, and the optional Refresh tag. The program has the ability to save tags created using the wizard and to load them back into it for future editing. The total number of characters entered into the description tag and the total number of words and phrases typed into the keywords tag are displayed so that you know when recommended limits have been reached.

In version 2.2 code produced by the wizard can be formatted to match that of the Web page you are going to paste the code into, whether that be HTML 4.01. Transitional right through to XHTML 1.1.

The software was easy to install. A 7 step process. Excellent for beginning not know how to place for make them. for the pro quick and easy espilly if you do a lot a pages I use this on my web site google at first did not find it before I use this. has soon as I use it not after three minute of getting my web browser up and type it in the google site and it appear the Sagatscomputers.net by using Sagat's Computers

For those of you complaining that it does not grab key words from your site for you and then create the meta tag are just plain lazy! Know your site and your content, its just that easy people!

Don't think this program will look through your page and suggest keywords. It won't. If you don't know how to code html meta tags but you know your keywords, this will work for you. If you have a large site and you want a program to suggest the keywords, keep searching....

Depending on your demands, but this application is just perfect to create the META-TAG in HTML-format. It's a step-by-step wizard that takes you through the process. At the end you just copy the META-TAG section and paste it into your HTML-page. This application doesn't need to be connected to a webserver or so. I couldn't find a feature to test an existing site, but I just wanted to get my tags correct. I strongly recommend this app to beginners. It was so easy to add the META-TAG-section. Download now! PS This is the first META-TAG generator I'm using, so I can't compare with others.

Nicely done chunk of code. It's a heckuava lot faster than hand cranking your meta tags. Simple, step-by-step directions as you go. It even explains what the tags are for and suggests proper lengths for the newbies. Don't want to rewrite? Just use the 'Previous' button to go back and edit what needs editing. Simple. And FREE!!
