Access all the Microsoft Messenger or AOL Instant Messenger chats you've ever had.
Messenger History saves all your MSN Messenger and AIM chats. You will never lose another discussion or important piece of information again! Another useful function is the Status History: It saves all status changes for Messenger. You can see after months when somebody was online (or busy, out for lunch).
Excellent product, well worth $20/user for our business
Pros

Summary
We want to retain all IM messages both for our use and for compliance purposes. This program is cheap, runs in the background so it doesn't get in the way, and is there where you need it. A bargain!
POOR tech support

Summary
I have a problem in reading the log on my XP machine. It stores the log as funny characters so it's unreadable. I have emailed to their tech support twice for over a month and no support, no RESPONSE AT ALL. Very rude, unprofessional. And they charge for it. No Way, use Messenger Plus for Free
nice idea... another reason NOT TO USE TRILLIAN

Keeping history is a valuable tool. I'm not sure it's worth $20, though.
Try PSI -- a jabber client. It's free.

Sometime it works...sometime not...and when not...it screws up the messenger. Wait for integration into the new messenger.

Does what it claims to do. There are issues with messenger 5.0 and win XP that (I've been told) will be fixed shortly. They also told me that if you register and format, they will send you another registration for free. ;) I hope they keep working on this... it's a great program (better than the other ones I've seen so far)

Hi!!!
Most complete history addon for MSN

Summary
This software is really stable and works as claimed. There are many other free addons that keep chat history, but I know of no one that keeps a record of status history for contacts. It would be nice if a voice feature could be added to readthe chat.
