Looks nice, but bad support

Pros
Definitely looks nice. Works okay, though with limited options. Opens Youtube browser and one only needs to click to download.
Cons
1. Using RMB on a Youtube clip in IE (to download) results in an error. 2. Files are converted by default (you have to set 'Donot Convert' for each session. 3. Download of a downloadlist not possible. 4. Support does not reply
