Almost Perfect Video Converter SUFFERS From FATAL FLAW

Video Converter Pro does blazing fast conversions (especially if you have a fairly recent high-end Nvidia or ATI-AMD video card). This software converts to a wide variety of formats...and video output quality is excellent (if you adjust the settings properly). This software is very stable and reliable. Installs cleanly and works without crashing or freezing.
Cons
The FATAL FLAW is: Video output continuously loops. And, apparantly, the user can't 'set' the movie to stop at its end. The darn movie keeps repeating itself. ANOTHER BIG CON is that MediAvatar tech support tries to answer customers' questions by using a translation program. Yes, MediAvatar is probably a Chinese software developer who doesn't have any fluent English speakers. Their reply to my questions are barely understandable. That's probably the result of using a translation program to translate English emails to Chinese...and then translating their Chinese reply to an English answer. That translation process doesn't work well for handling technical questions.
Summary
I bought, installed, and used Video Converter Pro. There are many good FREE video converters available on the Internet. So, a video converter costing $50 had better be the best. Well, MediAvatar came very close to being worth $50...thanks to its ultra-fast, high-quality conversions. I was happy with my purchase until my first video conversion reached the movie's end and automatically repeated (looped). I thought I had overlooked a software setting that would cause the movie to stop playing at 'The End'. But I couldn't find any such setting. So, I contacted MediAvatar tech support and asked how to set the software so video output would stop instead of looping. Ha, ha, MediAvatar's reply was a Chinese version of a joke. Mediavatar technician Amanda W. replied "Sorry, our software can not support such function now. I will forward your requirement to our technicians. And they will think about it." (Their answer to my question asking how to stop video conversions from looping.) THE BOTTOM LINE IS: If you don't mind your movies looping continuously, then you will love this software...because, again, you can not find a faster video converter that produces high-quality output.
