Developer’s Description

View Database files like Flat ASCII, CSV, DBF, TAB.
McCoy DataView is an all purpose ASCII Database viewer. The nicest feature is that it only views a portion of the file at any one time; this enables you to open up very large files without experiencing any lag. It will also remember the positions of the records for delimited files so you can jump around in a file without any lag. You can perform indexed searches on fields. A Hex Editor tool is built in for viewing unprintable characters and you can really edit in hex with this tool as well. You can convert your file to another format and the conversion is a script that can be automated. There is also a code counting tool for seeing what's in a field
