The program is provided in two formats. One, an interactive QuickTime program allowing chapter selection and click through pages. Second, is the program in PDF format. This allows printing of some or all of the pages for hardcopy reference. The most unique aspect is the inclusion of a free consultation session with the author. You do not simply buy this program and then are left on your own. You are entitled to a learning session lasting up to one-half hour by phone, e-mail or even personal office visit if local to our area. Whatever your questions, you are welcome to address your OS X needs during this session with no limit on the number of topics or subjecst within the given time duration.
