The Mate app is your smart companion to better understand your daily patterns such as physical activities and rest periods. Use the Mate app together with the Alert app by Empatica to build your automatic epilepsy diary. With Mate you can view your seizures in the context of automatically logged activity, sleep and rest patterns.

The Mate app shows data gathered only by the Embrace watch by Empatica.

The Mate provides you:

- Daily view: view your day in a glimpse; activities, rest periods and seizures are in a unique view.

- Sleep detail: check your nights to see your turns and tosses or to see if your sleep was interrupted. Compare your sleep time, sleep efficiency and sleep fragmentation with the averages in your age group.

- Activity detail: view the intensity of your active periods and discover the list of activities recognized by our algorithms like walking, running and swimming.

- Seizures detail: add notes and durations to the seizures detected by the Alert app or add new seizures manually.
