Create, view, and publish desktop or internet maps.
MapAuthor allows you to create and view desktop and internet maps, using either GIS shapefiles (an industry-standard electronic map data format) or Google Maps. You can attach your spreadsheet data to your maps, or position addresses on your maps from spreadsheet lists of addresses. You can also define your own features on either desktop maps or in internet based maps. Publish maps to your Web site using Google Maps, and combine shapefile data with Google Maps data.
