Great UML tool, easy to learn & very customizable!

User friendly GUI Awesome documentation generation Extremely Customizable Host of plugins for UML extensions, such as SySML, BPMN, SOA ect. Based on OMG standard Integrates with other tools Easy collaboration
Cons
Price is higher than other simple UML tools because of it's rich features and interface Collaboration is a separate tool
Summary
Overall it is tops in the class of UML tools. Most UML tools focus on diagramming and either are weak in validation, collaboration, interface or compliance (tool lock in). The ability to produce very in depth models and a wealth of good actionable code is great. Finally I can customize the API to have my own profile specific my DSL.
