  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />As others have noted, MacTFTP overcomes the (non-)login limitation of the command line tftp. I used it to update my router. Everything - everything! - went seamlessly. Thank you to this developer. Instructions, if you need them, are good too. The price is fine and well worth it. There is some anger in the feedback column, but while it's still a Windows world out there, things are changing for the better. The relatively rare times these days that I need to research out a specialized application like this bring me back to the Wild Wild West days of OS X. Feels good. Thanks again.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Tried the MAC built in TFTP, couldn't get it to work. Found this and it is a cinch, so easy. I used it to flash a Buffalo router in just a few minutes after trying other methods for a day.This is well worth the shareware price!

Asante (Mac friendly) routers are looking more and more attractive with each passing day. I'm so glad that I know how to work my Linksys router; I don't know what I'd do if I had to resort to Linksys' abysmal, nonexistent Mac support. As for the software, it worked, and now my firmware is updated. As for you cheapskate/spoiled punks, you should be grateful that this author provided an inexpensive solution that those Mac-hating turds at Linksys didn't even bother to provide.
