- I downloaded it, but it wouldn't let me open it. It said that it wasn't compatible. I have OSX 11.11.5 El Capitan.

- You get software and it gives you "step by step" directions, but there is literally no way for you to import your media. It certainly wants you to use Ask and Yahoo as your browser and search engine though!
