The Loyalty Tracking System was designed to meet the requirements of a shop or club which needs to maintain a membership database and to track the collection and redemption of loyalty points. It creates credit card sized membership cards with integrated barcodes with customizable card backgrounds and logos. It can optionally works with a barcode scanner to add and redeem loyalty points.

too simple to use for a even a small business

Pros
simple yet easy to use front page...apart from that nothing much here
Cons
unable to edit if wrong points are given, changing of logo, text on card is not the average pc user, unable to export or import customer's info already avaliable in Excel or Access format.
Summary
Does not meet the simple requirements for a small buiness or retail shop customer loyalty activities. Main fault is being unable to corrcet for inaccurate points given. Unable to view all the customers details in list format. Help info is too simple. I uninstalled it within 1 hour of using it.
