LottoWhiz offers plenty of number-crunching power for serious lottery players. You get history data for more than 100 U.S. and international lotteries; easy point-and-click wheeling systems; charts and graphs for hot, cold, due, and periodic preferences; and even quick-pick panels for Pick 3 and Pick 4 games. Whether you go with lucky numbers, quick picks, or high probabilities, your bets can be printed directly onto most common lotto play slips to really organize your betting process. One of the most helpful graphs is a bar chart showing how many times your number set for a particular game has produced one, two, three, or more hits.

Version 3.0 includes preset with NJ Pick3/4 and NY Win 4, features ability to print the "Cash" or "Annuity" box during ticket printing, adds Multi-Delete and manual editing of draws. Enables View Filtering of rows on the "Hits Against Combinations" section. The number of draws for Statistical Analysis is now configurable.

Pros
Finally, a complete lottery software package. The wheeling facilities are great, and varied with the choice of using fixed numbers, etc. Printing the systems right on bet-slips is the best part. The program is thorough, user friendly and astonishingly accurate, and fun to use. This is what it's all about. I recommend it to anybody.
