2. Create an account or login if you already have an account.

3. Complete your profile and submit for review.

4. Fill out our loan application in the Loans Chap Chap mobile app.

5. Verify your Loan application.

6. Once the loan is approved it is disbursed to your mobile phone.

How to repay your loan with Loans Chap Chap?

1. Repay your loan with M-PESA through our Paybill No. 593796, your mobile phone number you sign up with being the account number.

2. You may repay the loan any time on or before it is due date, you may either make partial payments provided you clear the loan balance before it is due date or repay in full.

Loans Chap Chap lending terms;

You can increase your loan limit up to KShs.50,000.00 by consistently keeping the App installed and making your loan repayments on time.

The interest rate chargeable on your loan depends on your repayment preference

1. 7-days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 5%.

2. 14-days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 7.5%.

3. 21-30days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 10%.

4. 30-60days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 12.5%.

5. Over 60days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 15%

A late fee of 8% of principal amount and interest may be applied to loans past due.

Terms and Conditions:

Loans Chap Chap charges an interest rate of 5%-15% of principal amount. The repayment schedules varies depending on your repayment preference.

No other fees will be charged after this time.
