• Very user-friendly and accurate.

  Canned responses are very effective and efficient. Can accommodate several chats at a time. You can view realtime counter while chatting with your customers so that you can view how long the chat is taking. You can also view other agents previous conversations with a customer as a reference for any issues being raised. That is for a faster resolution.

  Cons

  Sometimes it lags down while you are chatting with customers.

  Summary

  All in all, a very effective tool and really efficient. I recommend this to BPO companies out there. Very fair price. Worth every penny.

• Horrible Support

  Pros

  Provides Online Chat service

  Cons

  Called their support and was told they wouldn't help by phone. Pulled up LiveChat and chatted online with the same guy. He was rude, condescending, and totally unwilling to help. Our business is moving to a different provider... one that still believes in taking care of the customer.

  Summary

  Life is too short and business too valuable to work with a company that fails to support the customer.

  Pros

  I've checked out this softwares functions tonight and it is excellent. Everything was seemless and easy. Customer support even contacted me and knew every question I asked so they were on their game.

  Cons

  The only con was that it says Buy for $36 when the reality it is $36.00 per month. There might be other price competators but I still have to say.... I didn't have one complaint otherwise.

  Summary

  Why I like this product. It was so easy to set up and install. The platform was easy to understand even without a manual. Customer support is really good. Overall, I can't say I won't stick with them because you do get what you pay for and this is an excellent service. You won't stress out.

  Pros

  I am really impressed with new chat window look and customization options. Playing with color schemes is really cool and it allows you to define your own combinations! Google Maps feature is also very useful

  I needed to get used to new ribbon bar style.

  Completely false advertising on here. You are led to believe that it only costs $33 to buy however what they dont tell you until you get to checkout is that its $33 PER MONTH! I would imagine most reviews here are buy their own staff just as they have done all over the internet. <p> <p>Much cheaper and more established companies out there such as LivePerson etc. <p> <p>Make sure you read their terms before commiting to anything so you dont get duped.

  Price is low when you compare to the other live chat software solutions. High quality product and good customer service from LIVECHAT. I like customizable panels too
