- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />As the operations manager for a WAN connecting 400+ sites spanning across 1600 miles, I needed an end-to-end product that did it all - LITHIUM Network Monitoring Platform is the answer. I have been using the platform since the very beginning and every new release brings with it new and exciting features that keep blowing me away. It is easy to install, very stable, fully customizable and makes the monitoring and management of all our devices whether it be a router, switch, printer or server a breeze. Technical support is great if / when required. 5 out of 5 stars - _definitely_ worth the download!

- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I am in charge of a educational based network consisting of over 50 Windows 2000/2003 and Mac OS X servers and around 2000 client machines along with various switches and routers (namely Cisco, Nortel and HP). I have been using Lithium to monitor my environment for the last 18 months and to date, I am yet to find any product (whether it be open-source or commercial) that even comes close to the capabilities of Lithium. In addition Lithium has a really nice GUI as it was important to us so that we could have it displayed on large LCD screens in our office. The client is thorough and intuitive and I am able to access alerts on the road no matter where I am via a large range of alternative options. The setup for Lithium is extremely simple (likewise with the end-user client) and once it is set up it is extrememly customisable for each and every device. The 'Virtual Rack' and 'State Scence' utilities are amazing. We have our racks mapped out visually and Lithium can visually tell us how fast data is travelling and how the devices are physically connected via animated graphics (this looks really cool). Unlike many of the open source alternatives out there, the support from the guys at Lithium is nothing short of outstanding and it is this along with an awesome product that I would Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a complete monitoring and management solution. Congratulations to Lithium. This is an outstanding product! The best!
