Lionel iCab for iOS

Lionel iCab is a free utility app designed for iPhone users, enabling them to control Lionel TMCC and LEGACY engines, accessories, and trains directly from their devices. This app replicates several features found in Lionel's LEGACY CAB2 remote, such as the Train Builder and Quilling Whistle. Users can access extended locomotive control screens, monitor speed with a graph displaying target and actual speeds, and utilize six preset official railroad speeds, enhancing the train operation experience significantly.

In addition to locomotive controls, Lionel iCab includes an accessory control screen and a dedicated interface for managing Legacy StationSounds Diner car functions. The app facilitates automatic loading of the Engine Roster, contingent on having a LEGACY Command Base. The Train Builder feature allows for the combination of various locomotives and accessories for streamlined operation. Note that the app requires specific hardware, including the Lionel LCS WiFi system and Base-1L command base model, for full functionality.
