Excellent language learning aid

Pros
Media players like VLC do not take to being constantly stopped started and run back. LaMP is designed for exactly that. Links available to YouTube clips with subtitles. Excellent if you have the know-how to view a film with downloaded subtitles. You can link to google translate but that software itself has a long way to go before accurate translations are the norm. It works with Windows 10. Loads of potential - I hope.
Cons
I only found it by chance when looking for a media player suitable for learning a language. The horrendous first review which I hope has not put off the developers. Cnet downloads may include unwanted software so you have to be savvy enough to do a custom install and opt out of bloatware. The links to YouTube subtitled video clips don't seem to be a work in progress. I'd love better access to current French ones. Many of my fellow language learners are technically challenged and unable to take advantage of new technology to boost their progress. "Out of the box" it won't work with mp3 or the VOB files which are on DVDs. I'll have to try that some time in the future.
Summary
This media player is great and I'm enjoying using it with films and downloaded srt files for subtitles. I love the flexibility in playback and hope that LaMP will become better known.
Beware Caution Watch OUT Bloatware

Pros
This piece of SoftTrash is nothing more than a get rich quick method for the publisher. This FREE download will take you three minutes to install and 3 hours to uninstall all the bloat he has included to pay himself.
Cons
You would think that if the publisher cared about his users, he would make this software popular because it teaches language, but no the publisher has fallen to the dark side and has pimped himself to anyone wanting to piggyback on his distribution. This ZoneAlarm crap will take you forever to get rid of and change your search engine.
Summary
Luckily this software will teach you have to say SH*T, F**K, G*d D**n in many different lauguages. Shame on you Isolo, you should hide your head in shame for associating this software with the attached crap. Cnet, you need to start critiqing your software and realize there are other places to obtain software if you endorse this bloatware.
