Light Notes is a dead simple note-taking application for Windows. It is simple and easy. It is essentially a notepad with multiple tabs. You can also paste images and tables into it. It normally stays in the background, and you can use hotkey or tray icon to bring it to the front. It can be used with Dropbox to synchronize notes automatically.

Clean Little Program

Pros: Fast install, simple very simple to use.
Cons: Nothing but a Tab and no real options. I dont think this is what I was needing as there is nothing really to the program.
