• DON'T DO IT!

  There aren't any. Even the fact that I got it for free at Staples isn't a pro since now that I've used it.... you couldn't even pay me to put it on my computer.

  First when I installed, it asked for an order number to activate it. Well, I purchased it from a local retailer so I didn't have a stupid order number. The number on the CD wasn't recognized, so I had to email support (no phone support). Got a reply several days later. After sending four emails, they entered my order number into their system. Now I've tried to restore a backup and it asked for a password. I didn't enter a password when I made the backup, nor did I ever enter a password into the program! I emailed support, they insist that I did enter a password, otherwise it wouldn't ask for one. I DIDN'T ENTER A PASSWORD, nor was I asked to at anytime. Don't waste your time or money on this or any other program from Tenebril. It's the worst program I have ever used, EVER!

  This is the most half-baked solution, software that I have ever seen. You can backup but try to restore your files from a CDRW. Almost imposible. It is unacceptable that they offer no support. Ok you have to email India and hope for the best a week later. Or perhaps pay for support and again hope for the best. This software has too many bugs to even be on the market. No conincidence that major retailers are no longer selling this worthless product

  The online knowledge base at tenebril.com is a joke. About 20 Q/As there, so you have to email India and get a lousy tech who says they'll pass the ? on and a week later, still no help. They old me to try to restore eudora to desktop for a check, and it asks for password, I never entered a password. Catch-22 and no tech help! They want you to pay $10 for their phone-in tech help, a real scam.

  I recommend this product for anyone who wants to ensure their data is safe, but who isn't a wiz with computers. I can just write simple sentences to tell it to perform a specific back up, or I can back up all my Word documents or PowerPoint presentations with a click of a button.

  I am a computer novice but this program is easy for anyone to use and you don't even have to know where files are located, since you can "Back up my spreadsheets/documents etc."
