LexCall is the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government's centralized service and information call center. It is the easy access number you can call 311 or 425-2255 with any request or question regarding local government services. When you call LexCall during office hours (M-F, 8 a.m. 6 p.m.) you will speak with a friendly person who will help you ... not a recording. If your call is after hours you will hear a message directing you to officials who will assist you.
