Since i can't use the software, i can not really give it any pros.
Cons
Just gives protocol errors. Also pops up a message that you should register about every third minute.

I have to migrate directory content from Siemens DirX to Active Directory - and i didn't found an LDAP tool which coud conect without problems to my highly customized DirX environment before i found LEX.

It would be great if there were a free version witout the write accesss like Softerra splitted their product into the free LDAP Browser and the (much more expensive) LDAP Admin...
