• Buyer Beware!

  Pros

  This software makes backing up and converting a breeze. Very intuitive.

  Cons

  This software does not recognize "forced subtitles". Therefore, making a digital copy of movies like Dances With Wolves, Avatar, The Avengers, Diablo (in english) are incomplete.The subtitles that appear when the language isn't english are not present in any format from this product. It's extremely distracting when viewing the results. I contacted Leawo in Dec 2014, it's not Mar 2016 and they still have not addressed the issue.

  Summary

  It's a real shame that the forced subtitles don't work because the rest of the program is outstanding. I've turned to MakeMKV and Handbrake for my solution to Leawo's shortfall.

• A very nice tool, a lot of help

  Pros

  This tool is very helpful to me. It combines most solutions for movie enjoying and format converting, like bd, dvd, hd video, audio, online video downloading and so on. I even used it to create a 3d movie, the effect is satisfactory.

  Cons

  Maybe you guys would make it faster to process bd content.

  Pros

  Audios,Videos,online videos,DVD and Blu-rays can all be converted by this Total media converter, needless to say, it is really a powerful tool for our daily multimedia enjoyment on PC or smartphone or tablet. Besides, you can find the 2D to 3D converting function.This one is my favorite.

  Cons

  Sometimes the converting speed is not fast.

• A Full All-in-One Video and Audio Tool

  Pros

  This software is a very powerful tool to convert videos, audios, online videos,dvd and Blu-ray.I have tried every funciton and it worked just as I expected. Like the general video converter, this one also offers the basic video editing like trimming, cropping and more. Also tried the 2D to 3D function, the graphic feels good but not excellent. Apart from them, I like the small points such as the sceenshots.

  Cons

  It is kind of height as a software, and sometimes we just don't have so much demands and the unused one cannot be locked.

  Summary

  This software is one of the best all-in-one multimedia software in my opinion, the powerful functions can let you take easy facing with the various video enjoyment.

  Pros

  This program acts as two programs: Video converter + Blu-ray/DVD ripper Great program for video converting and DVD ripping. Enjoy videos on my ipad could be so easy with this program.

  Cons

  Good software, include all the functions I need except copy discs. A little Expensive.

  Pros

  No denying, this program is very powerful and practical. It includes nearly all solutions to solve the format incompatibility issues during my movie watching. I have done several tests on this program, and it works nice, including: convert an M4V video from iTunes to an MP4 video file and MP3 audio for my Lumia 920, download the Gangnam Style video from YouTube, burn a 3GP video file to a DVD folder. All the tasks are finished well.

  Cons

  It is not easy to know how to make use of the disc menu and template options during DVD burning. So, at last I just have to disable the menu and template. Secondly, it could be faster.

  There is no actual customer support.

  Summary

  Avoid this product and this company at all costs. The Leawo website claims customer support and phone support which are non-existent and forums which are either empty or full of customer questions with no Leawo answers. I purchased the Leawo Blu-ray Creator to add to my suite of Blu-ray burning software as it seemed to come highly rated. But within hours of purchasing the software I discovered that there is no display of how much space the converted video required to burn which meant burning blind and taking the chance that my project would not fit and my BD-R would be wasted. After several attempts using extremely small video files it turned out everything I burned was unplayable. I used all the same hardware as I do with all other Blu-ray burning programs - all of which continue to work - but the Leawo program continued to put out unplayable discs. That's when I discovered that the link for phone support on the Leawo site links to an email contact page as does the support link. The emails I received - all seven of them - only asked why I didn't use their trial version first. None of them would address my issue or attempt to help me with them. I opened a complaint against them with Paypal hoping to get a more helpful response but it was the same. Avoid this program and this company at all costs. Before purchasing any software check the links on support and look at the companies internal forums and faq's. I made the mistake of not doing that with Leawo but you don't have to.

• Powerful tools with full media functions

  Pros

  I should to say this tool is so powerful, it's include disc ripper, video converter, video download and even video burning. That's really so awesome. The UI is so simple and clean. I like it. And the video I convert is great!

  Cons

  I like this tool! I think if you like convert video or DVD/Blu-ray discs to portable devices, you should try it!
