Terminate a lease contract with your landlord or tenants.

Lease Termination forms can be used when landlords and tenants have mutually agreed to terminate their lease contract. In the absense of a lease agreement (like in the case of weekly rentals), you can usually use the Notice to Vacate to inform the other party in advance that you wish to end the tenancy agreement and vacate the premises. Landlords and tenants are ususally required to give notice to at least 30 days in advance to terminate a month-to-month tenancy. This form is free, simple to use and available in state specific versions.
