KSSWare Extended IP Filter & Monitor provide content filtering (ex.: HTTP, SMTP, POP3, MP3, AVI, RAR, ZIP, EXE, JPEG, and PNG) and can filter any IP, UDP, TCP (including speed limit), ICQ (by UIN), and ICMP packets using standard Windows filtering functions. Consists from filtering driver and Graphics User Interface with built-in command-line management. Also this program can monitor IP traffic (source address, destination address, protocol, speed, and size) and create rules for its blocking. Supporting both x86 and x64 (AMD64) platforms. At this time this is the best freeware IP-filter, firewall and shaper for x64 (AMD64) platforms.
