Free CNC Simulators are kinda hard to find, but here is one.
Cons
Having a problem locating/programming different controls and g-code functions.

Pros
I'ts all you need to check, edit and program your CNC programs, while viewing toolpath in amazing 3D graphics. A syntax tester is included as well as many other useful tools. A must for any CNC programer, designer and operator. The most incredible thing is that it is absolutely free. Way to go!
