Developer’s Description

Extract, analyze, and submit kinetics data of Spreadsheet.
Kinetics support in the MCISB consists of the KineticsWizard submission tool for extraction, analysis, and submission of enzyme kinetics data, and MeMo-RK, a database that allows raw experimental data to be viewed alongside kinetic parameters held in SABIO-RK. Instructions for its use are: select data to be analyzed, specify an identifier for the Project and a strain of the organism studied, and tabular representation of the well plate allows samples to be applied to assays, variable substrate concentrations to be assigned to samples, and samples to be specified as "Sample" (containing enzyme) or "Blank" (containing no enzyme). Holding down the left mouse button allows samples to be selected. Right-clicking then brings up a menu. Multiple assays can be run on a single plate. The Group option allows samples to be grouped into a single assay. The group can then be named.
