It couldn't properly view .eml files

Good support team on the site.
Cons
General function of tool is ineffective.
Summary
I use second tool from Kernel, and again without success.
Will not display the body of email messages.

It opens fast... that is the best that I can do.
Cons
I can not get it to play eml video
Summary
I must be missing something. I click on the eml file in the left panel. It shows the address, subject line, etc but not the body of the email.
Never could get it to display pictures.
